Deliveries are made by CTT between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM on weekdays. Shipping takes 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation, provided items are in stock. Shipping to mainland Portugal is free. Delivery times to the islands can vary from 3 to 6 business days. During promotional periods, delivery times may increase by 2 to 3 days.

Yes, we accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are in perfect condition, with tags attached, and show no signs of wear. To initiate the process, simply contact our customer support team at shop@sahoco.com or follow the instructions on our returns page. Shipping costs for returned or exchanged products are the customer's responsibility. After receiving your return, the refund or exchange will be processed within 14 business days.
