Returns & Exchanges

You may return any item purchased within 14 days from the delivery date. When requesting an exchange or return, please ensure that all items are in the same condition as you received them, with original tags and accompanying invoices.

Exchanges
Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to request an exchange or return.
You may exchange items for a different size or color. If you wish to exchange the purchased item for a completely different product, you must return it and place a new order online.
Please contact our customer service team at shop@sahoco.com before returning any items.

Returns
If you wish to return your order, you must:

  1. Send an email to shop@sahoco.com including your order number and the reason for the return in order to receive further instructions;

  2. After receiving the instructions, place the item(s) in the original packaging (or another cardboard box), and ensure that the merchandise is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging included.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days (depending on peak periods) for it to be processed.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount corresponding to the returned item will be refunded via the same payment method used in your original purchase, excluding shipping fees.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the item(s) will be returned to the sender. Once your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

How long will my refund take?

We typically process returns within 3 to 7 business days after they arrive at our warehouse. Once your return is accepted, we will immediately issue your refund and send you a confirmation email.

The time required to process your refund may vary depending on the payment method used:

  • Credit Card: Our bank will process the refund within 7 business days from the return confirmation email. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank.

  • PayPal: The refund will be available in your PayPal account within 24 hours after the confirmation email.

  • Multibanco or MBWay: Your refund will be issued via bank transfer to the same account used for payment. You will receive the refund within 10 business days after the confirmation email.

Sahoco reserves the right to refuse returns that are communicated or sent after the deadline or items that are not in the same condition as when purchased.
