Shipping Times and Costs

Our shipping times range from 1 to 3 business days for mainland Portugal. For other countries: the estimated delivery time is shown at checkout, depending on the destination. For more information, please see our shipping policy .

For Portugal, shipping is free. For other countries, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the address and order value.

Exchanges and Returns

You have 14 days to make exchanges or returns. Items must be in their original condition. See our return policy for more details.

Sizes

Our sizes follow the European standard. On each product page you will find a Size Guide / Virtual Fitting Room with reference measurements to help you choose the most suitable size.

Whenever relevant, we also include specific notes about the cut of each model. If, even so, you have doubts between two sizes, you can contact our team at shop@sahoco.com.
