By accessing and using the website www.sahoco.com, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of use, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use this website.

This website is intended for personal, non-commercial use. The user agrees to:

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the quantity of products that can be purchased per person or order
  • Correct pricing errors or product descriptions
  • Refuse or cancel orders that show signs of fraud

The prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force. Prices may be changed without prior notice.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, the customer is making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order. Order confirmation will be sent by email to the address provided.

Accepted payment methods: as indicated at checkout.

6. Shipping

Mainland Portugal:

  • Free shipping
  • Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays)
  • Carrier: CTT (delivery between 9 am and 7 pm)
  • Not applicable to the Azores and Madeira

EU and non-EU Countries:

  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout
  • Carriers: CTT, DHL, or GLS
  • Estimated delivery times shown at checkout

Important note: Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Friday (Lisbon time) will be processed the next business day. Delivery is made without prior contact from the carrier, and someone must be present at the indicated address.

7. Returns and Exchanges

The customer has the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of the date of receipt, as established by Portuguese legislation.

Conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition, with tags and invoices
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Exchanges and returns are handled only via email: shop@sahoco.com

Return process:

  2. Select the order
  3. Choose the items to return
  4. Indicate the reason
  5. Submit the request

Refunds:

  • Processing: 14 business days (may be longer during peak periods)
  • Credit card: 7 business days after confirmation email
  • PayPal: 24 hours after confirmation email
  • Multibanco/MBWay: 10 business days after confirmation email
  • No restocking fee

8. Limitation of Liability

SÉCULO XXI FASHION TRADING LDA shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or use
  • Interruptions or errors on the website

  • Import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable in countries outside the EU
