When requesting exchanges or returns, you must ensure that all items are in the same condition as you have received them, with the original labels and their respective invoices..The exchange or return time limit is 15 days from receiving the order.


After receiving the order, the customer has up to 15 days to return the product. You must contact our customer service department before submitting the items, so that we can keep a new item on your behalf to make the exchange. In any case, the requests are subject to prior stock confirmation.

  • The shipping cost for return must be paid by the customer.
