SHIPMENT COSTS

Shipping rates are applied by order. If you purchase more than one product per order, you will pay for shipping only one time.

Orders will be processed after payment confirmation and verification of stock availability. Orders paid Fridays after 2 pm (Lisbon time) will be processed only in the next business day. If one of the items ordered is unavailable, or if we need any additional information, Sahoco will contact you through the registered email address. Thus, it is extremely important to keep your registration updated.


To Portugal

  • Free shipping to Portugal.
  • The deliveries are made by CTT between 9am and 7pm on weekdays, and the shipping time does not include Sundays or holidays. 
  • The delivery time is 1-3 business days* from the payment confirmation date and if the items are available.
  • Fully trackable service so just keep an eye on your tracking info to watch your orders journey.

* The time limits mentioned does not apply to Azores and Madeira.


EU Countries

  • Shipping costs outside Portugal are calculated at checkout according to the country selected for delivery.
  • The orders will be delivered by DHL Express or GLS within 2-10 business days from the payment confirmation date depending on your location and if the items are available.
  • Fully trackable service so just keep an eye on your tracking info to watch your orders journey.


Countries outside the EU

  • Shipping costs outside Portugal are calculated at checkout according to the country selected for delivery.
  • The orders will be delivered by DHL Express or GLS within 2-12 business days from the payment confirmation date depending on your location and if the items are available.
  • International orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees charged in the destination country (Import Fees). Sahoco does not have any control over these costs, neither can estimate their values.

NEW Custom charges for UK customers - From 1 July 2021, you will be required to pay import fees for all non-EU shipments:

If you're in the UK and are waiting for a parcel, please be aware that you may now have some customs charges to pay. It's important to check your spam and junk folders for any liaison from the local customs office so you can retrieve your parcel.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from SAHOCO , you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to SAHOCO. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.



Attention: To receive the order, it is necessary to make sure that there is someone is at the address informed. Sahoco does not provide a scheduling service, once the orders are delivered by CTT and DHL Express without prior contact.

In the cases of sales/black Friday/Christmas/out of stock orders, we do not guarantee the aforementioned deadlines, and there might be delays.
